C@P Site

GOAL: The aim of the Community Access Program is to allow all Nova Scotians access to the Internet, as well as providing basic skills and training. Veith House hosts one of these C@P sites, which offers free Internet services, as well as printing and scanning.

The Community Access Program, or CAP/C@P, is a federal program administered by Industry Canada. Through the CAP, Industry Canada aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet and the skills they need to use it effectively.

Veith House hosts one of the many CAP sites in Nova Scotia, where we provide free computer and internet access to members of our community. Drop-in and scheduled computer training and assistance are also available. The CAP site and veith house are open 50 hours per week.

Please feel free to contact Veith House for more information about our CAP site or to book time on a computer.
