Yoga for Everyone
In this class you can expect a creative take on a Vinyasa Level 1 Yoga class. A diverse range of poses are integrated and juxtaposed through sun salutations, creating a dynamic, flowing form guided by the breath. The class involves flexibility, strength and balance, while encouraging precise alignment, awareness and concentration. You will leave feeling challenged, refreshed, and relaxed.
Small props may be incorporated into all classes. Classes are bone density safe. Emphasis is placed on the individual and modifications are encouraged and supported. If you are under 18 please come with your parent or caregiver.
There are some yoga mats to share here or you can bring your own.
Bring your water bottle and wear layers of clothing to adjust to temperature.
Please come early to your first class to fill out a health information/waiver form.
All other classes please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can begin on time.
Classes are 1.5 hrs long

Sally Morgan is a certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. Her practice and teaching are often inspired and influenced by her professional background in contemporary dance, contact dance and improvisation, and somatic movement education. Her teaching emphasizes her passion for movement with a ’work in progress’ approach to the body, and she continues in her classes to teach from her heart, highlighting grounding, safety and care, flow, breath, embodiment, and quality over quantity.
