Supervised Parenting and Exchange Program Coordinator

A hands-on program coordination and quality role supporting safe, neutral and child-focused court-ordered services

About the Supervised Parenting and Exchange Program
The Supervised Parenting and Exchange (SPE) Program is a court-referred service funded by the Nova Scotia Department of Justice. It provides a structured setting or supervised parenting visits and exchanges where safety, neutrality, professional boundaries and the child’s experience are central.

The Opportunity

Veith House is seeking a highly organized, calm and accountable Program Coordinator to lead the complete day-to-day service cycle for the SPE Program. The successful candidate will combine strong administration with mature judgement, staff coordination, objective documentation and the ability to remain neutral in emotionally difficult circumstances.

The Coordinator will ensure that referrals, court orders, separate-party intakes, schedules, staffing, supervised visits and exchanges, observation records, incidents, complaints, billing information and required reporting are managed safely, consistently and on time.
