Supervised Parenting & Exchange
Goal:
In partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Justice Family Court Division, the goal of this program is to provide a safe, child-centered environment that is professionally supervised so non-custodial parents may have visitation with their child.
Who uses Supervised Parenting & Exchange?
Operating primarily on referrals from the Nova Scotia Department of Justice Family Court Division, Supervised Parenting & Exchange families are typically before the Court for custodial purposes. Supervised Parenting & Exchange provides written reports to the Court which contributes to the Courts decision in long-term custody and access.
