NECC is a group of people seeking to promote and activate helpful relationships, celebrating strengths and resources to address needs in collaboration with families, residents and stakeholders in the North End of Halifax. NECC was formed through support from the Community Justice Society in 2010. It exists to build trust, relationships, social capital and dialogue between residents in the North End of Halifax.
